The new white Arsenal away kit
Before getting on to the issue of the kit you can read my latest article about the Thierry Henry-Samuel Eto’o saga here. It should put some perspective on the situation and convince you that Henry will not be leaving Arsenal this summer. Apart from that there’s not too much going on in the world of Arsenal.
There is one piece of news though; it seems that Arsenal will be playing in a white away kit next season. There has been a lot of speculation about the possibility of Arsenal playing in white and it would seem the proof is finally here (thanks to Arseblog for the photo).
I personally think that overall the kit doesn’t look too bad. However, the shirts do look very Tottenham and I can’t see too many Arsenal supporters forking out their hard-earned cash to get one.
There is another issue - that the photo could be a fake. You can never be certain about things like this and it wouldn’t surprise me if someone had whipped this together from an old picture using a graphics program.

Not much of a fan, mainly because of the Spurs connotations, but I can live with it - it looks quite nice for what it is.
Would’ve been better with some kind of Spurs spoof on it though.

This is an obvious fake. I’m in photoshop all day everyday and it is very easy to tell how unbelievably fake this is. Look at cesc’s head for christ sake - cut and paste for sure, and a bad job at that. Same with theo - since when is he as tall as gilberto?
The jury seems to be that it is a fake. We’ll have to see how things pan out…
Well, it seems that it is indeed the real kit for next year. Arseblog has confirmed it here. It did look a dodgy photo though, I must say.
I actually don’t think that the new away kit is bad. Ok, it is the same colour as the scums home kit down the road, but we can be grateful that we have a v-neck. As for the phot being fake, well I am no expert but hopefully everyone in it will be wearing it with pride come 2207/8
it is not fake as nike have said the new design is traditional based from herbert chapman and they said with brown neck and brown and white hoop socks

this is the worst kit i have ever seen in my life i really hope we r not playing in this nxt seaosn bring bak the yellow kit and if you take a close look at the kit it is pixelated cos someone is trying 2 drag us dwn 2 the scum spurs level and hebert chapman must be turning in his grave

Sean - The kit that is shown in my article has been confirmed as the official away kit for next season and those other ones confirmed as fakes. I’m personally a lot happier with the one they’ve confirmed than the other two. What do you think?
